High-strength pumpable concrete for towers that touch the sky.
Engineered for buildings 15+ floors. Pumps reliably to 200m+. Sustained workability. Documented strength gain. Trusted on Bangalore's tallest projects.
Inside Alpha High-Rise
Alpha High-Rise is engineered for vertical structures where every cubic meter must travel high, place perfectly, and harden to designed strength. We optimize the cement-aggregate-admixture system to deliver concrete that pumps to 200m+, retains workability for 90+ minutes, and consistently exceeds design strength.
The challenge in high-rise concrete isn't just strength — it's the combination. The mix must be fluid enough to pump through 150m of pipe under high pressure without segregating, cohesive enough to discharge cleanly into congested rebar, and dense enough to develop M60-M80 strength reliably. Most RMC suppliers can do strength OR pumpability. Alpha High-Rise does both.
Every Alpha High-Rise mix uses a calibrated combination of OPC 53 grade cement, GGBS or fly ash for workability and durability, polycarboxylate ether (PCE) superplasticizer, optimized aggregate gradation, and grade-specific water-cement ratios maintained between 0.30 and 0.42. Cube test data from the last 12 months shows mean strength exceeding design fck by 8-12 N/mm² with coefficient of variation below 8%.

Built for vertical construction
PCE-based superplasticizer system maintains slump-flow during long pump runs. Aggregate gradation optimized to prevent line blockage. Tested on 60-floor pours.
Retarder admixture calibrated for Bangalore's hot weather. Slump retention chart published per mix. Maintains pumpability even with traffic delays.
Project-specific designs for column requirements up to M80. Cube data exceeds design fck consistently. Verified through 7-day and 28-day testing.
20mm + 10mm + crushed sand combination engineered for pumpability and strength. Gradation curves verified per IS 383. No segregation under pressure.
Each high-rise project gets a custom mix design with trial cubes, slump retention curve, and pumping trial data. Approved by your structural consultant before supply.
Fosroc, BASF, or Sika polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer + retarder + GGBS/fly ash blend. Material test certificates for every batch.
Built for these projects
30+ floor towers, premium apartment complexes, mixed-use developments. Columns, shear walls, structural slabs.
Office towers, IT campuses, integrated commercial developments. Tall column lifts, transfer slabs, post-tensioned slabs.
Multi-story healthcare facilities, educational institutions, hospitality. Where structural integrity over decades is non-negotiable.
Large warehouse + office combinations, manufacturing campuses with tall columns, parking structures.
