What's inside an Alpha Concrete plant
Recipes loaded against approved mix designs. Load-cell weighing of cement, aggregate, water and admixtures.
Aggregate moisture probes adjust water dosing live, so the W/C ratio at the mixer matches the design.
NABL-accredited lab at every plant for cement, aggregate and cube testing.
Returned concrete and wash-water are reclaimed; aggregate slurry is recovered for reuse.

RMC plant — common questions
- A ready-mix concrete (RMC) plant is a centralized facility that produces concrete to a specific mix design under computer control. Cement, aggregates, water and admixtures are weighed by load cells and discharged into a transit mixer that delivers the concrete to your site within 90 minutes.
