What's inside an Alpha Concrete plant

    Computer batching

Recipes loaded against approved mix designs. Load-cell weighing of cement, aggregate, water and admixtures.

    Moisture compensation

Aggregate moisture probes adjust water dosing live, so the W/C ratio at the mixer matches the design.

    In-house QC lab

NABL-accredited lab at every plant for cement, aggregate and cube testing.

    Water and waste recycling

Returned concrete and wash-water are reclaimed; aggregate slurry is recovered for reuse.
