Stamped and textured concrete for pattern-finished surfaces.
Ready-mix engineered for imprinted finishes — stone, slate, cobble, timber and custom patterns pressed into the fresh surface.
Inside Alpha Stamp
Alpha Stamp is a decorative paving mix designed around the imprinting process. The crew has a finite window between initial set and final set in which the mats can be pressed; too fluid and the pattern closes up, too stiff and the imprint is shallow. The mix is designed to hold that window open predictably in Bangalore conditions.
Polypropylene micro-fibres are included to control plastic shrinkage cracking across large, jointless-looking decorative fields. Bleed is controlled so a colour hardener can be broadcast and floated at a known time rather than guessed.
Colour can be supplied integrally (Alpha Chroma pigmentation), as a dry-shake colour hardener, or both — integral base colour with an antiquing release agent for depth. The combination is fixed at sample stage on a cast panel.

Built for imprinted, patterned finishes
Retarder and set profile calibrated so stamping can start and finish on schedule instead of racing the slab.
Polypropylene micro-fibres at 0.6-0.9 kg/m³ control plastic shrinkage cracking across large decorative fields.
Integral pigment base, colour hardener topping, or both with an antiquing release for depth and variation.
Bleed water managed so the hardener can be broadcast and floated at a known window, not by guesswork.
Dense, low-W/C surface layer with hardener option for driveways and pedestrian traffic.
A cast and stamped sample panel in the chosen mat, colour and release is approved before bulk supply.
