Concrete as architecture, not just structure.
Custom-coloured, custom-textured concrete for exposed surfaces. Where the wall, floor, or column IS the design statement. Engineered for perfect finish, every batch.
Inside Alpha Decor
Alpha Decor is concrete designed to be seen. When the architect's vision is exposed concrete walls, sculptural columns, decorative floors, or architectural panels — Alpha Decor delivers concrete that's not just structural but visual. Custom integral colors. Custom aggregate textures. Consistent batch-to-batch shade matching. Mockup panel approval before pour.
The challenge with exposed concrete is consistency. Cement color varies by batch. Aggregates affect surface appearance. Curing affects shade. Most RMC suppliers can't deliver concrete that visually matches across 200 m³ of exposed wall. We can. Our QC team color-matches every load against approved mockups. Our admixture system minimizes efflorescence (white surface staining). Our specialty aggregates are sourced for visual consistency.
We've color-matched mockups for projects ranging from raw industrial concrete to sculptural curved walls (Tadao Ando-inspired residential) to colorful decorative panels (commercial public spaces). Each project starts with a 3-week design phase: client provides reference, our team creates 4-6 mockup options, client approves, we lock the mix. From mockup approval, every TM matches that mockup.

Built for exposed concrete
UV-stable, alkali-stable iron oxide pigments. Bayferrox or Lanxess brand. Black, red, brown, yellow, green, blue spectrum.
White cement, decorative crushed aggregates, polished sand, exposed-aggregate combinations. Custom blends per project.
Off-the-form smooth finish. Polished concrete capability with proper formwork and finishing.
QC color matching against approved mockup. Color samples taken from every TM. CIE Lab values logged. ΔE <3.
3-week design phase. 4-6 mockup options. Client approval before commencement. Locked specification thereafter.
Iron oxide pigments don't fade in sun exposure. UV-stable for decades. Outdoor architectural applications safe.
Built for these projects
Architectural walls in residential, commercial, public spaces. Brutalist or modernist aesthetic.
Polished concrete floors for retail, residential, commercial. Stained or pigmented finishes.
Columns with decorative finishes. Sculptural elements. Public art installations.

Alpha Decor mix designs
Resources by role
- Use Alpha Decor for exposed architectural concrete, polished concrete floors, sculptural elements — when concrete IS the design feature.
- Lead time: 3 weeks for custom design (mockups, approval, mix design). 1 week for repeat orders matching previous mockup.
- Pricing: 25-40% premium over standard concrete depending on color, texture, and aggregate type.
- BOQ: "M[X] architectural RMC with integral coloring, IS 456:2000. Color and texture per approved mockup panel. Pigment iron oxide per IS 11210. Color tolerance ΔE <3 batch to batch. From Alpha Concrete."
- Mix design code: AC-DC-[Grade]-[Color Code]
- Documentation: Approved mockup panel certificate, pigment MTC, color matching report per batch.
- Pre-pour: Verify mockup approval. Verify color match on first TM (compare to mockup).
- On receipt: Slump test, color check against mockup, document.
- Placement: Critical. Avoid different vibration patterns, mixing concrete from different days for adjacent pours, or inadequate formwork prep (oil/wax patterns transfer).
- Curing: 21 days minimum. Wet hessian (avoid plastic that creates pattern). Slow curing prevents efflorescence.
