Project overview
A 4.5m thick raft foundation for a commercial high-rise required a single continuous mass pour of 8,200 m³ over 35 hours. Alpha deployed Alpha Mass with low-heat cementitious blend and ice-cooled water to keep peak core temperature below 70°C and limit thermal differential to under 20°C — well within IS 7861 (Part 1) recommendations.
