Acceptance Criteria (IS 456)

The statistical criteria in IS 456 Clause 16 for accepting concrete based on cube test results — both individual and group means.
For M20 and above: mean of 4 consecutive samples ≥ fck + 0.825σ (or fck + 4 MPa, whichever is greater); no individual result < fck - 4 MPa.\n\nIf criteria fail, core tests, load tests, or rejection follow.
