Indian concrete supply has been a price-and-proximity business for decades. The largest construction projects in India settle for unpredictable quality, vague delivery windows and zero documentation. We started Alpha to prove a different operational model is possible — one where every batch is tested, every dispatch is tracked, and every cube result is in the customer's hands within 48 hours.
We invested in QCI-approved QC labs at every plant, equipped to the full QCI requirement set. We built a dispatch operation that moves concrete from batching to placement in under 90 minutes, every time. We documented everything — every cube test, every batch, every MTC — and gave customers access to all of it.
